When my order will be shipped?

Depending on the availability of the product, the information over the delivery time is available directly on the product page. If the product is in stock, we usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. In the case of delivery in Poland, the package is usually delivered within the next business day.

Has the payment been already received?

Orders paid with the standard bank transfer are sent for packaging when the payment is credited to our bank account. The change of the order status is confirmed by us by e-mail sent to the address provided during the purchase.

How should I check the status of my order?

The current status of the order can be checked by clicking the Order status at the bottom of our website.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes. If you have placed an order but for some reason you would like to cancel it please contact us as soon as possible: Remember that orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days!

Can I change the configuration of my order?

Would you like to change e.g. your shipping details or telephone number? No problem but it has to be done before the package is shipped, so as soon as possible. Write to us: hello@labapoland.pland provide your order number with the short description over the change.

Will I get a discount while ordering more items?

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. For this purpose, when placing the order: Checkout - Payment details, complete the "Company name and Tax Identification Number" fields. If the shipping address is different compared to one in the invoice, select the "Send to a different address?" option in the form and provide the address to which the order should be delivered.

I have a coupon, how could I use him?

Did you get a discount code for our products? Congratulations, now you just need to add the selected product(s) to the cart and then enter the code in the dedicated field in the cart.

Important: promotions cannot be combined, the code can be used only once. You can only use one code when making the purchase.

What is my order shipment number?

If you have an account in our store, you will find all order details in the "ORDERS" section after logging in. Moreover, an e-mail confirming the completion of the order should be sent to the e-mail address provided during the order. In there you can find the shipment number. If it is missing, write to us (, we will resend it!

Where is my shipment at that moment?

The package should reach you within 48 hours from the moment it has been dispatched. If it is still not there, you can check where your package is currently located by entering the tracking number:

Do you ship your products abroad?

Sure! To ship one of our products to another country, contact us: or via the contact form to liaise over the delivery.


I would like to return the product - how should I do it and how much time I have for it?

If our product did not meet your expectations, you can easily return it.
You have got 14 days from the moment of delivery, that is what you need to do:

STEP 1: Fill in the return form that was included in the package or download it from here: Return form.

STEP 2: Inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending the e-mail to

STEP 3: Pack the form and the product (preferably using the original cardboard box), then properly secure the parcel.

STEP 4: Send the parcel by post or courier with the note: "Laba Poland RETURN" to the following address:

- The product being returned must be complete and must not show signs of use.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs and we do not accept cash on delivery.
- The product should be properly packed and secured (preferably using cardboard box). We recommend that the returned product is packed using its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods in accordance with our shop regulations
and legal provisions.

In regards to the shop regulations, failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not accepting the return of the goods.

How long will I wait for the money to be returned?

As soon as we receive your returned product(s), we check that the product is complete and shows no signs of use. If everything is correct we will immediately transfer the money to your bank account and in any case not later than 14 days from the date we were informed about the decision to cancel the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The product has been delivered already damaged, what should I do?

If you notice any manufacturing defect upon receipt of the product, please write to us immediately: and send us a photo (optional). 

Can I exchange delivered product?

Unfortunately, we do not exchange goods in our online store.
If you do not like the product you received return it according to the procedure (FAQs - Returns and exchanges) and we will refund your money for which you can order something that meets your expectations!
