When my order will be shipped?
Depending on the availability of the product, the information over the delivery time is available directly on the product page. If the product is in stock, we usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. In the case of delivery in Poland, the package is usually delivered within the next business day.

Returns
I would like to return the product - how should I do it and how much time I have for it?
You have got 14 days from the moment of delivery, that is what you need to do:
STEP 1: Fill in the return form that was included in the package or download it from here: Return form.
STEP 2: Inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending the e-mail to hello@labapoland.pl.
Message title: Return_(order number)
STEP 3: Pack the form and the product (preferably using the original cardboard box), then properly secure the parcel.
STEP 4: Send the parcel by post or courier with the note: "Laba Poland RETURN" to the following address:

Attention:
- The product being returned must be complete and must not show signs of use.
- We do not reimburse shipping costs and we do not accept cash on delivery.
- The product should be properly packed and secured (preferably using cardboard box). We recommend that the returned product is packed using its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods in accordance with our shop regulations
and legal provisions.
In regards to the shop regulations, failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not accepting the return of the goods.

If you do not like the product you received return it according to the procedure (FAQs - Returns and exchanges) and we will refund your money for which you can order something that meets your expectations!
