When my order will be shipped?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Depending on the availability of the product, the information over the delivery time is available directly on the product page. If the product is in stock, we usually ship within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment. In the case of delivery in Poland, the package is usually delivered within the next business day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Has the payment been already received?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Orders paid with the standard bank transfer are sent for packaging when the payment is credited to our bank account. The change of the order status is confirmed by us by e-mail sent to the address provided during the purchase.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How should I check the status of my order?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

The current status of the order can be checked by clicking the Order status<\/a> at the bottom of our website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I cancel the order?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Yes. If you have placed an order but for some reason you would like to cancel it please contact us as soon as possible: hello@labapoland.pl. Remember that orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I change the configuration of my order?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Would you like to change e.g. your shipping details or telephone number? No problem but it has to be done before the package is shipped, so as soon as possible. Yes.\u00a0<\/span>For this purpose, when placing the order at the Billing page fill in the field \"Company name and tax identification number\". If the shipping address is different from the invoice details, select the \"Send to a different address\" option in the form and enter the address to which the order is supposed to be sent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Did you get a discount code for our products? Congratulations, now you just need to add the selected product(s) to the cart and then enter the code in the dedicated field in the cart.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have an account on our website, all order details can be found in the \"ORDERS\" section after logging in. Moreover, an e-mail confirming the completion of the order should be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase. The shipment number is there. If it is missing, write to us (hello@labapoland.pl), we will send it again!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Where is my shipment at that moment?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

The package should reach you within 48 hours from the moment it has been dispatched. If it is still not there, you can check where your package is currently located by entering the tracking number:<\/span>

Returns<\/h2><\/div>

I would like to return the product - how should I do it and how much time I have for it?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

If our product did not meet your expectations, you can easily return it.
\nYou have got 14 days from the moment of delivery<\/strong>, that is what you need to do:<\/p>\n

STEP 1:<\/strong> Fill in the return form that was included in the package or download it from here: Return form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/strong> Inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending the e-mail to hello@labapoland.pl.
\nMessage title:<\/strong> Return_(order number)<\/p>\n

STEP 3:<\/strong> Pack the form and the product (preferably using the original cardboard box), then properly secure the parcel.<\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/strong> Send the parcel by post or courier with the note: \"Laba Poland RETURN\" to the following address:<\/p>\n

\n- The product being returned must be complete and must not show signs of use.

\n- The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods in accordance with our shop regulations

In regards to the shop regulations, failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not accepting the return of the goods.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How long will I wait for the money to be returned?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

As soon as we receive your returned product(s), we check that the product is complete and shows no signs of use. If everything is correct we will immediately transfer the money to your bank account and in any case not later than 14 days from the date we were informed about the decision to cancel the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The product has been delivered already damaged, what should I do?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Can I exchange delivered product?<\/h1><\/i><\/div>

Unfortunately, we do not exchange goods in our online store.
\nIf you do not like the product you received return it according to the procedure (FAQs - Returns and exchanges) and we will refund your money for which you can order something that meets your expectations!
